What is the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction simply says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you.

So, if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will attract more positivity. If you focus upon negativity, then that is what will be attracting.

  The science behind the law

This Law is described as vibrations that are the same attract. When applying this law to our ability to send out the frequency,  it makes sense that it is all-powerful.

The brain can broadcast powerful energy on the planet, and you can change vibrations of the elements on earth.

Scientifically the first concept is to understand that everything is made up of energy because everything is made up of atoms which are held together by energy.

Energy permeates all space and can travel through any object or structure, it is important to understand that vibrational frequency exists and lives everywhere.

The second concept is described as the brain is a transmitter and receiver of frequency. Also, human beings have the extraordinary ability to create any frequency through the use of the brain.

Understanding that you have the choice of what level your brain emits a frequency is a part of the recognition process.

Awareness of the degree of energy you are broadcasting automatically positions you to think at a higher level.

So, when we act on this recognition by continuing to transmit that which we desire we allow the universe to respond by delivering opportunities for us to grow.

Understanding just how the Law of Attraction is a fundamental key to your success. If you want to change your life, and empower yourself to create an amazing future, you need to understand your role in the Law of Attraction.

Here’s how it works:

Like attracts like. If you are feeling excited, passionate, happy, joyful, or abundant, then you are sending out positive energy.

It works also on the other side, if you are feeling angry, or sad, you are sending out negative energy.

The universe, through the Law of Attraction, will respond to both of these vibrations.

It doesn’t decide which one is better for you, it just responds to whatever energy you are creating, you get back exactly what you put out there.

Whatever you are thinking and feeling at any given time is: your request to the universe for more of the same. Because your energy vibrations will attract energy back to you of the same frequencies.

You need to make sure that you are sending out energy, thoughts, and feelings that resonate with what you want to be, do, and experience.

How to Use the Law of Attraction

Once you understand the Law of Attraction, and how it works, you can begin to consciously create a better life.

You can choose to think differently, to focus on things that you want more, by managing your thoughts and feelings.

Using the Law of Attraction is a three-step process: ask, believe and receive.

Every day, you send out requests to the universe—as well as to your subconscious mind—in the form of thoughts: literally, what you think, read, talk about, and give your attention to, comes back

Unfortunately, what we give our attention to is often random and not deliberate, you simply respond to situations

  1. Ask what you want and have a burning desire.
  2. Believe that you’ll get what you want, then take action.
  3. Keep maintaining a positive expectancy, by knowing that you’ve put your future in the hands of powers that are greater than yours. It’s deciding with conviction that what you want will happen.

Applying by believing

Many people have limiting beliefs which keep them from allowing abundance and happiness into their lives.

Therefore you must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you deserve —as well as smart, rich enough, and “enough” in every other way that matters to you.

In order to receive what you are intending, you must become a “vibrational match” for what you want to attract.

The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, and gratitude. Then you can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted.

So you should be sure of this fact: Your Thoughts Determine Your Desires

Then and most important fact is: Believe you can have it, then release it, and let it go.
